About us Dynamic Sharpening LLC is a Premium Sharpening service located in Richmond ,VA. The company services provided and the products sold are all a direct result of stylist demand. First things first….. Jerry and Sue Ellen Brown are the co-owners of Dynamic Sharpening LLC. Jerry started selling products to salons, barber shops , tanning salons and spas in 1987 after 9 years of active military duty in the US Navy Seabees Jerry had territories that covered the Outer Banks of North Carolina to Roanoke Rapids during the first years. In the next 30 plus years, his sales area included about a third of Virginia from Hampton to Charlottesville. September 11

Most Americans can say that their live was changed forever on this day. Jerry and his oldest son went back into the US Military . Both father and son served multiple combat tours in either Iraq or Afghanistan.

Merger and Acquisitions B&H Supply was a supply company owned by a legend of a man, Red Harrison. Over the years , the supply companies in the Beauty Industry were bought by a small group of large corporations. After several military deployments, Jerry and Sue Ellen realized that his present company was not supportive of his military deployments. Things had to change 6 years outside of the Beauty Industry While selling other services, Jerry and Sue Ellen would be at some public place and run into one of his beauty industry clients “ We miss you, you always took such good care of us!!” “ We loved your personal service that made us feel so appreciated” “ The sharpeners we use RUIN our nice shears!” “ We can’t try shears before we buy to see if we like them” Jerry found out that one of his fellow salespeople from B&H had taken the plunge, went to some world class training with a Master Shear Sharpener and started a sharpening service January 2017 Jerry quit the corporate job with the encouragement of his wife, went to several weeks of training with a Master Trainer with 28 years experience, some factory equipment training and went on the road for a year One more military deployment The last deployment before mandatory retirement at age 60 was to one of the hottest place in the world, The deserts of Kuwait. Jerry spent a lot of time sharpening knifes for military personnel (for free) going thru the gateway to Syria, Irag and other areas to keep his skills intact
